Dr. Rebecca Olivieri DPT, PT, CSCS is an Assistant Professor at Curry College and the Clinical Facilitator for the Exercise Science Program. As a healthcare provider and educator, she cultivates a dynamic learning environment by bringing applied health sciences to the classroom.
As a physical therapist by trade, Rebecca's teaching philosophy is centered on creating an engaging, student-centered learning environment that bridges scientific foundations with real-world application. Her classroom encourages students to work together, navigate case studies using problem based learning, and develop clinical reasoning skills necessary for future healthcare professionals.
Rebecca is eager to connect her students with opportunities to explore their career interests. Her previous experience in the strength and conditioning setting provides greater clinical connections. While joining the Exercise Science Program, Rebecca has led the clinical internships for Junior and Senior students within the major.
