I love Curry. I applied to five other schools. Coming here was definitely the best decision. At other colleges, you have one or two semesters of student teaching, and Curry gives you four to make sure that you really want to and are ready to teach.

Curry Event Days

The Curry College Admission Office strives to accommodate every prospective student and family and give each one the opportunity to experience as much of Curry as possible. The office holds various special events throughout the year which are targeted for certain students. Please see the events below that we offer and feel free the contact the Admission Office with any questions.

Open House
Attending a Fall Open House is an ideal way to find out everything you want to know about Curry College. You'll tour the campus, and have opportunities to meet with faculty, coaches, and staff. You'll learn about our academic programs and attend special sessions designed to guide you through the admission and financial aid processes.

The Open House schedule of events and activities includes a College Information Fair, with academic, student services, and student activities departments from around campus gathered in the Student Center for your convenience. Meet professors from our many academic departments, as well as representatives from financial aid, residence life, and coaches from our 14 NCAA Division III Athletic programs. Check-in begins at 10:00 a.m., with activities and sessions lasting until approximately 2:30 p.m.

  • Admission Information Session
  • A variety of Academic Major Information Sessions
  • Program for Advancement of Learning (PAL) Information Session

Explore Curry Days
We are excited to offer Explore Curry Days for seniors interested in learning more about Curry College! Explore Curry Days will provide you and your family an opportunity to visit campus and learn more about Curry College. Activities and sessions scheduled throughout the day will include:

  • Enjoy lunch in the Student Center Dining Marketplace
  • Speak with members of the Curry College community
  • Learn more about our Academic Programs
  • A student-led campus tour

Explore Curry Days begin at 9:30 a.m. and the days events conclude by 2:30 p.m.

If you cannot attend an Explore Curry Day, or another scheduled event, but would like to visit the campus on your own, please use the Request a Campus Visit form to schedule a tour, or contact the Admission Office at 800-669-0686 or 617-333-2210 for more information.  We look forward to seeing you on campus.

Junior Visit Days

High school juniors are invited to attend one of our Junior Visit Days, held in April. This is a great opportunity for all high school juniors to learn about the many opportunities available at Curry College. This event takes approximately 1.5 hours and will include an information session provided by an admission counselor followed by a student-led campus tour.

Future Student Receptions
Each year, Accepted students and their families are invited to attend Future Student Receptions for specific academic majors including Education, Communication, Criminal Justice, Business Management, Information Technology and more. Generally held during the second week in February, each reception will include an in-depth look at a specific major with faculty and students, a tour of campus, and a dinner or lunch reception in our Student Center Dining Marketplace. Invitations for Future Student Receptions are sent early January, but please call the Admission Office if you have additional questions.

There are no Future Student Receptions scheduled at this time.

Discover Curry Days
Summer is a great time to visit Curry College and get a head start on your college search process.  Discover Curry Days are specifically designed for rising high school seniors to learn about Admission and Financial Aid information along with academic programs and opportunities. During your time on campus you will also have the opportunity to attend a student-led campus tour and panel to learn more about the first-year experience. The day's events will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will conclude by 2:00 p.m.

There are no Discover Curry Days Currently Scheduled.  Please check back in Spring 2016 for Summer 2016 dates.
