Strategic Plan Initiative Five: Career Readiness responds to the evolving landscape of higher education and the increasing demand for career-ready graduates. The cornerstone of this initiative is the implementation of the Curry Commitment job guarantee program as well as the establishment of a robust career and experiential center. The Curry Commitment will ensure that every graduate who participates is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary to secure meaningful employment within their chosen field within six months of graduation. By partnering with industry leaders, offering tailored career development resources, and providing mentorship opportunities, this program sets a new standard for ensuring post-graduation success.
