Andrew Horn has served as the Coordinator of English and as the Coordinator of the Writing program at Curry College. He is a Research Associate of the W. E. B. Du Bois Institute at Harvard University's Hutchins Center, and previously held the University Professorship of English at the University of the South Pacific. He has taught literature and theatre at the University of Paris and at universities in Zambia, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria and Lesotho. He has also been a Visiting Professor in the History Department of the Middle East Technical University, in Ankara, Turkey, and the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), as well as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of London's School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). He has published monographs and research articles on Colonial and Postcolonial Literatures, Theatre, American Literature, Cultural Studies, Broadcasting, and Popular Culture, and has been a consultant in broadcast journalism and production for the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (Berlin, Germany). He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Columbia University.
