A veteran of the Curry College Department of Public Safety since 2013, Sergeant Slocumb was the lead author in rewriting Curry College’s Annual Security and Fire Safety Reports as required by Clery Act.  In addition, Sergeant Slocumb reviews and updates Public Safety's Policy and Procedure Manual and is the primary supervisor of the Community Desk Attendant Program. Sergeant Slocumb, obtained a Master's Degree in 2017 from Curry College in Criminal Justice. He has been designated the officer in charge of the second shift on weekends.

Prior to working at Curry College, Sergeant Slocumb served as a Special Police Officer for a local municipality. He received his police academy training at the Municipal Police Training Committee’s Plymouth BRI Academy.
