Samaria Stallings joined on August 14, 2023, as Vice President of Human Resources. The Vice President develops and implements the human resources strategy needed to support the College's mission and goals.

Samaria came from Massachusetts Bay Community College, where she served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Payroll. She is a strategic leader and business partner with experience in designing and implementing comprehensive human resource programs that attract, develop, and retain high-quality and diverse faculty and staff. She also served as a deputy affirmative action officer and Title IX coordinator and was a member of the college’s leadership team. Prior to Mass Bay, Samaria was Director of Human Resources at the Episcopal Divinity School and held various human resource positions at Harvard, the City of Boston, and other healthcare and education organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts at Simmons College and her Master of Arts in Management and Organizational Communications at Emerson College.
