Carolyn began her career at Northeastern University as a co-op student and upon graduation, a Cooperative Education Counselor. She has extensive experience administering internship programs and career services at a variety of colleges and universities, which include: Mount Ida College, Berklee College of Music, Roger Williams University, Wheelock College, San Francisco State University, Santa Clara University, and California State University, Bakersfield. In addition to higher education, Carolyn’s professional experience includes serving as a Catering Manager at the Sheraton Boston Hotel and as a college relations coordinator at General Dynamics, expanding her experience to include corporate college recruiting and meeting planning. She has also served on numerous professional career association executive boards in various capacities, which includes the coordination of national and regional conferences. Carolyn’s other passion is as a jazz/big band vocalist, music teacher, and theatrical performer and she serves as a Connections Partner for Tapping Talent, an initiative to increase the pipeline of students to consider higher education careers. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern University.
