Will I still be able to access existing Curry College campus services?

Yes, TimelyCare supplements our existing health and wellness offerings from the Health Center and Counseling Center.

In addition, if you’re concerned about your mental health or are experiencing an urgent mental health need after hours, please contact the 24/7 Counselor On Call for immediate emotional support at 617-333-2908, or call Public Safety at 617-333-2222.

As a TimelyCare patient, your visit records will be saved as part of your medical records, and will be shared with licensed medical providers and counselors in the Curry College Health Center and/or Counseling Center. Can I use TimelyCare services if I am under 18 years of age?

TimelyCare can provide care to minors (under 18 years old), but your parent/guardian would need to contact the Customer Support team at 833-4-TIMELY. TimelyCare will set you up with an account that you student can use until you turn 18, at which point, you can create your own account. The parent/guardian can give you the account credentials. You don't need to be in the same place as you in order to use this account. Given you are a minor, your parent/guardian would have access to your visit records if they wanted to view them in your account.
