The Integrated Learning Commons will be a collaborative environment which promotes creativity and continual learning by providing academic guidance and student support. The Learning Commons includes space for informal meetings, five group study spaces - three of which will be available 24/7 - as well as individual study spaces and a café. The new Quantitative Commons will support both curricular and co-curricular programming in mathematics, statistics, and quantitative reasoning.

Newly constructed science labs will benefit all students and particularly those majoring in Biology, Biochemistry, Forensic Science, Nursing, Community Health & Wellness, and Public Health & Wellness. Labs and classrooms create learning opportunities for other programs, such as criminal justice and psychology, and allow the College to explore new programs of study in STEM fields.
Curry College plans to build a new Athletic Field House behind the north endzone of the Walter M. Katz '89 Field. The new state-of-the-art facility will include home and visiting locker rooms for the following sports: football, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's lacrosse, baseball, and softball. The new field house will also include a fitness area and weight room, rooms for meetings and game film review, and a pavillion with concessions and public restrooms. With one in five students competing in one or more of the College's 14 NCAA Division III sports, this new facility will enhance the student and alumni experience, benefitting both student-athletes and their fans in the stands.
