While we work together to navigate this rapidly changing environment, all of our Academic Support Service offices remain staffed during normal business hours. Appointments with many of the offices can be made using the appointment scheduling links on the myCurry portal under 'Academic Support'. Below is additional information on each area:
Two Ways to Access Tutoring:
Tutor Matching Service (TMS): Students in need of a peer tutor can utilize the Tutor Matching Service (TMS) platform that lists all of the Curry College approved peer tutors and the areas in which they tutor. Students can use TMS to book an appointment with a peer tutor of their choice and will receive a link to join the virtual session. There is no cost to students for Curry College peer tutors and students can access the system through the myCurry portal on the 'Academic Support' tab under 'Academic Tutoring.'
TutorMe: In areas where a peer tutor is not available, or a student prefers a professional tutor, students have access to TutorMe, a 24/7 on demand virtual live tutoring service. The link to TutorMe is embedded in each student’s Canvas Learning Management System left navigation pane. Students are able to utilize 180 minutes of tutoring a week through this service.
Curry College ITS is available to support students with password resets and other questions related to accessing Curry College technology. To access technical support, you may either email email@example.com or call 617-333-2911. Information about specific technical resources is below:
