Recognized for inclusive excellence and media research, Dr. Jayson Baker creates rigorous and relevant learning experiences, organizes meaningful co-curricular programs, and collaborates to innovate curricula. His teaching practices anti-racist pedagogies by closely examining narrative and media form. Several university and academic presses have published Dr. Baker's essays on film, media culture, literature, theatre, and the performing arts. He currently serves as a Reviewer for Black Camera Journal (Indiana University Press).
