Academic ExcellenceCoach Bill Ladd joined Curry College after coaching Medfield High School where he compiled a record of 31-9-2, won a TVL championship and was the MIAA TVL Coach of the Year in 2023. He got his start coaching club hockey with the South Shore Kings and spent 14 years coaching with the Express where he helped develop multiple college players and won several league championships. Ladd earned his USA Hockey Level 5 Coaching Certification in 2016.
He is also a former All New England goalie for Salisbury Prep. He became the starting goalie at Middlebury College as a freshman where he earned rookie of the week honors twice, he finished his playing career as a walk-on at Merrimack College.
Coach Ladd currently lives in Medfield with his wife Desiree and their four children.
