Ishani Tewari Chair & Associate Professor, School of Business and Computer Science

Dr. Ishani Tewari joined Curry College as an Assistant Professor in 2016. Her Ph.D. in Economics comes from Brown University. Prior to joining Curry, Dr. Tewari was a Post-Doctoral Associate and Lecturer at the Yale School of Management. She is an applied microeconomist and her research focuses on development economics, economic growth as well as banking and finance. Dr. Tewari enjoys incorporating current events in the classroom to bridge the gap between theory and practice and to prepare students to be active and responsible citizens in an ever-changing world. She also creates resources for educators at audioecon.com.
