Academic ExcellenceAll College students, faculty, staff, and volunteers participating in College Programs and Service Programs must complete some level of training prior to being permitted to participate. Owners/Operators are responsible for determining which type of training to provide, and for ensuring the appropriate training is delivered. The Minors Protection Coordinator should work with their Owners/Operators to determine the appropriate type of training(s) to provide, and to ensure the appropriate training is delivered.

Training: All Authorized Adults should complete a training program about working with Minors and a test of the Authorized Adult’s knowledge of the material. The Authorized Adult should sign a training certification form (see Appendix A of the Procedures) thirty (30) days prior to start of the College Program. Minors Program Coordinator should maintain a copy of Authorized Adult certifications |
