Curry College Men's Rubgy players celebrate

The Men's Rugby Club looks to perfect their skills by competing against top local competition. During the regular season we play local colleges within our division for XVs and VIIs. In the off season, it is common to compete against larger schools in preparation for the regular season. Some clubs played in the recent past off-season’s: Harvard, University of Vermont, Boston University, and Rutgers University, to name a few. The club regularly meets for training, matches, and socializing. The club plays in the New England Rugby Football Union (NERFU) under the National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) governance.

A Sport for Every Body

When people first hear the word “rugby,” they usually picture big hits and muddy fields. But for the players on Curry College’s club rugby team, the sport represents something much more: inclusivity, community, and personal growth.
