The Center for Global & Career Services strives to produce meaningful and effective career events for our students and alumni. Events range from small employer info sessions and alumni success panels to larger opportunities like workshops and job and internship fairs.
The Career & Internship Fair connects students to job and internship opportunities. Undergraduate students as well as graduating seniors attend this event to speak individually with recruiters and company representatives about job and internship opportunities. This event occurs annually during the spring semester.
In the fall semester, the Center for Global and Career Services hosts a career preparation event that caters to all students. This event prepares students to network and interview for jobs and internships.
In addition to large campus-wide events, the Center for Global & Career Services also hosts a variety of smaller events for specific majors, student populations, or industries. Past events have included: Former Student-Athlete Panel, Career Launching Workshops for Women, Graduate School Workshops, Employer Information Sessions, Job Spot Employer Tablings, Study Abroad Provider Info Tables and Study Abroad Day.
