The Office of General Counsel is responsible for managing all legal matters at Curry College, including:
- Providing legal guidance, counsel, representation, and opinions to the Board of Trustees, President, Executive Team, and all other areas of the College, as appropriate;
- Advising on the legal implications of College policies/procedures and decision-making;
- Reviewing relevant federal and local legislation and regulations to assist the College with meeting its legal obligations;
- Overseeing litigation involving the College and managing outside counsel; and
- Supporting the response to subpoenas and other requests for information.
