The Office of the General Counsel advises on a wide range of legal matters across all areas of Curry College. Our practice areas include legal and regulatory compliance, contracts and transactions, litigation and disputes, corporate governance, health and safety, faculty and student affairs, labor and employment, intercollegiate athletics, real estate and construction, intellectual property, data privacy, and gifts and taxation.
The Office of General Counsel is solely responsible for engaging outside counsel on behalf of the College.
The Office of General Counsel's ultimate client is the College; we do not provide legal advice on personal matters to individual members of the College community.
